JavisandCopilot 4c16f87a3e Correct the voice_gate_ratio tuning direction
A higher ratio raises the loudness gate, so it rejects more audio rather than less. The config guidance claimed the opposite; pin the direction with a test.

"""Utterance endpointing while the device plays audio through its own speakers.
Silero rates music/TV as speech, so without a loudness gate a recording never
sees silence and runs until the hard length cap. These tests drive synthetic
frames through the real ``record_utterance`` loop.
